Charles is responsible for setting the overall direction and product strategy for the company. Charles is a serial entrepreneur and a young veteran of the software industry with a proven track record of developing key partnerships. Prior to founding Chatterfly, Charles was the top performer and played an integral role in business development at Fortify Software - an industry leading mid-stage start-up in the application security space that specializes in source code analysis (a Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers company and acquired by Hewlett Packard in 2010). In his duration at Fortify Software, he secured key partnerships with companies like GE, Pfizer, Vonage and Avaya.
Prior to entering the software industry, Charles founded a start-up in the consumer electronics industry that he successfully grew and led. Prior to that venture, Charles worked for Cintas Corporation (a Fortune 500 Company), where he closely worked with dot com and bio-tech companies like Walmart.com, GlamMedia.com, Genentech and Johnson & Johnson. Charles was heavily involved in leadership roles as a Regional Six Sigma and Account Manager. As a Regional Six Sigma, Charles was responsible for stream-lining business processes, business analytics, acquisitions and QA for the entire West Coast Operation within the Emerging Businesses Sector (it consisted of over 30 locations within multiple divisions - Document Management, Fire, and First Aid & Safety). As an Account Manager, he ranked 7th out of 642 in his initial entry point into the company. In addition, Charles graduated at the top of his class, completing what was a 2 year management training program within 7 months.
Charles sits on the advisory board of K Hotels and Nestegger.com. Charles graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Riverside and from Stanford Graduate School of Business in the Executive Development Program.

Jackson Hull is a veteran technology executive with broad experience in all aspects of Internet technologies. Before joining Chatterfly, Jackson was CTO at Sitoa, a venture-backed viral e-commerce platform used by large online retailers like Walmart, Sears and Target to extend their product assortments and engage customers using social media.
Trained as an engineer, Jackson has built technology solutions large and small -- from enterprise-class platforms, mobile and web services to social media applications. He holds several software patents and degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Material Science from the University of California, Davis and is pursuing a Masters in Information Systems from the University of California, Berkeley.

Aaron is a veteran sales professional with over 12 years experience in selling advertising programs to companies ranging from the Fortune 500 to small businesses in every market. Prior to joining Chatterfly, Aaron served as the Vice President of Sales at Brite Media Group, one of the largest non-traditional advertising companies in the out-of-home space. Aaron started his Brite Media career as one of the first employees at Brite Vision Media where he was key in developing growth strategies for both sales and inventory. After building a network of 5,000 independent cafes and selling advertising space within those locations, Brite Vision Media was sold to a private equity firm and Brite Media Group was born. Through several key acquisitions, Brite Media was able to scale its inventory of advertising solutions and create independent networks, which consist of 7,000 independent cafes, 17,000 gas stations, 2,000 check-cashing facilities, and 2,000 Valet Parking companies. Aaron spent his years at Brite Media Group leading the sales charge, developing marketing strategies and executing scalable sales initiatives.
Prior to joining Brite Media Group, Aaron was one of the top sales executives at KNBR 680/1050 and KYCY 93.3. He has spent his career working with small businesses working on marketing strategies designed to bring customers into the store.
Aaron graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Advertising.

Patrick Marchese brings over 20 years of sales experience to the online social media space. Prior to Chatterfly, Patrick assisted in expanding into untapped markets with internationally branded automotive groups such as BMW, Mercedes Benz, GM, Ford, Chrysler, and Toyota - UsedCars.com was acquired by ADP in 2010. Patrick was one of the top sales executives at Fortify Software where he led the growth of strategic accounts, including markets in the South Central region, specifically targeting the energy vertical including major energy companies such as Shell, Exxon Mobil, and BP. Prior to this role, Patrick found and sold his own advertising company which he developed for over 8 years, leading the sales team, identifying and creating some of the company's top selling integrated co-op opportunities.
Prior to Patrick's venturing into sales, he honorably served as Sergeant with top-secret clearance in the United States Air Force, where he fulfilled the role of Crew Chief for the the EC135 Looking Glass and RC135 Mission. Patrick attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Chuck Geiger serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Chegg.com and brings significant experience running technology and product organizations at some of the largest online ecommerce sites in the world. Chuck is the former CTO of Ask.com, eBay/PayPal, Wine.com, VP of Product Development at eBay, and held executive positions at InterActive Corp (IAC).
At InterActive Corp, Chuck was responsible for managing a consolidated data center strategy for IAC portfolio companies including Ask.com, Evite.com, CitySearch.com, Ticketmaster, and Match.com. Chuck also was responsible for the technology organization at Ask.com including Engineering, Architecture, Program Management, QA, IT, and Operations. At PayPal, Chuck was responsible for the product development organization which includes Product Management, Design, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, IT, QA, Project Management, Content, and Localization, running a team of approximately 550 professionals. Chuck also ran e-commerce for Gateway and was one of the principals that built Travelocity.com where he served as VP of Product Development and Marketing.
Chuck is a partner of Silicon Valley Product Group, focused on helping large companies and start-ups build product and technology strategies, technology due diligence, and architectural assessment. His clients include Wal-Mart, Arizona Diamondbacks, San Diego Padres, NASCAR, Palm, IAC and Motorola. Chuck earned his Bachelor of Science in computer science at the University of Kansas.

Martina Lauchengco joined the Silicon Valley Product Group in 2005 to advise companies on how to use marketing, products, communications and organizational efficiency to meet their strategic goals. Her multi-disciplinary approach pulls from 15 years of experience in executive positions in product marketing, corporate marketing, consumer portal businesses, and as a chief-of-staff to the CEO at companies including Microsoft, Netscape, AOL and Loudcloud/Opsware.
Martina has helped contribute to several industry leading products, but she is best known for her work leading marketing - first for Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office, and later for the Netscape Browser, two of the most successful software products of all time.
Martina began her career as a Product Manager for Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office back when no one had heard of the latter, and Word only had 50% market share. She left to join Netscape in its early days, doing first product marketing for the Netscape Browser and eventually leading the product management teams defining Netscape's client applications. Her final role at Netscape was leading its consumer portal business. Martina then followed several executives, including Netscape co-founder Marc Andreessen, to Loudcloud/Opsware (recently acquired by HP) where she led the marketing team prior to becoming the CEO's Chief of Staff.
Martina provides strategic consulting services to a diverse range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to young start-ups in a variety of industries including technology, non-profit, health, travel, food and beverage, and entertainment. Martina brings a wide range of skills and experience to help companies meet their strategic product, marketing and communication goals.
Martina earned her B.A. in Political Science and M.A. in Organizational Behavior from Stanford University.

Yang oversees technology strategy, development and operations for WhitePages and leads the recruiting for and career development of the Company's engineering team.
Before joining WhitePages, Yang was the vice president of engineering at TokBox, Inc., a leading consumer and small business video chat and videoconference provider, where he was responsible for overseeing the team that built cutting-edge scalable technology for both browser and mobile platforms.
Prior to TokBox, he was Senior Vice President of Engineering at StarCite, Inc., an On-Demand global meeting marketplace. During his 4-year tenure there, Yang managed all aspects of engineering from technology to people development, and he also led the effort to build the StarCite's Shanghai, China R&D center from scratch to enable business growth.
Prior to StarCite, Yang was the Director, Technology and Architecture of Centrata Inc., a Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers company, providing IT business process management solutions. Prior to Centrata, Yang held technical leadership positions at various start-ups, such as e-steam and Woosh!
During his early career, Yang was Chief Engineer for Enroute, an innovator in immersive imaging technology. He lead the effort of QuickStitch360, which won the "Innovative Digital Product Award" from the Digital Imaging Association (the only other winner is Adobe Photoshop 5.0).
Yang received his MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and BS in Physics from Beijing University, Beijing, China.
